- Able to Analyse and Manage the data with tools like SAS and SPSS Business Intelligence
- Present the data in useful format
- Responsible for documentation
- Communicating requirement to technical team
- Understanding of testing through-out the software life-cycle and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Preferable Rational tools knowledge with ReqPro, UML and RUP
- Skilled in implementation of process improvement techniques like Six Sigma
- Strong in domain knowledge and change management
- Must have good understanding and implementation skill of systems and business processes.
- Freshers can also apply with the desired skillset
